Return Policy
Have confidence in ordering with BeddingSolutions.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the down bedding less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.
Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
Shipping Policies
Free shipping is offered on orders of $99 or more.
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Canada Shipping
The total shipping charge would be $39.99 for any order to Canada, regardless of order size.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
Backorder Policy
Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to style or size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
